Community Guiders
Community Guiders work closely with their Administrative Community Leader and Trainers. They provide coaching and support to Unit Guiders to implement the girl program and manage their Unit. They actively encourage Guiders to participate in training, and in local and Ontario Guiding events.

Awards & Recognition
The presentation of awards and recognition is part of the girl core program in the form of pins, badges and certificates as well as praise from others. Adult Members also receive awards and recognition through nominations by other Members. There are both national and provincial awards.
