Let us do the work for you! Ontario Council staff work with volunteer event planners and facilitate the registration and payment process for them.

Define your Event "type" and submit the Planning Form.   Read the Event Planner Package for more detailed information.

• Trainers, click here to submit your Training Planning form to Ontario Council
• Make budgeting easy! Use the event budget template in Excel/PDF which includes costs EPs may not have considered (e.g. credit card fees). EPs may use their own templates if they prefer. Trainers, use the TEAM budget template in Excel/PDF if you are running an adult training event with a fee. 

Running an event that doesn't meet online registration criteria? Let us know you wish to post your local event on the Event Calendar to promote attendance!
