Event Listing & Registration

In addition to GGC events and trainings, Community Resource and Resource Guider activities can also be found on the calendar 

Using the Event Calendar:

  • Select the category of event or training that you would like to register for. See them all by selecting "All Ages and Events” button
  • Once you have chosen the category of event you will see a listing of all events that you can register for
  • The box on the right hand side column indicates how many spots are left available for online registration

Event Registration Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT - All online registration is SECURE.  Centralized banking transfers is the ONLY way to pay for Girl Events that have a Unit-only registration option. If the event permits individual registration then payment may be by credit card. 

Centralized Banking Transfers
Unit Guiders: please note that transfers do not take place automatically. As such, they will not be instantly available to view on web-form banking as soon as you register. Please allow two to five business days for processing.

Payment by Cheque or Money Order
For payment by parents for individual registration events or adult events, payment by credit card is preferred (Visa or MasterCard are accepted). If you need to pay by personal cheque or money order, you may. You are requested to submit your payment to us along with this form outlining the event name, event date you wish to register for as well as your contact information. We will contact you upon receipt of the form to complete the registration process. Payment must be received before you will be registered.

Returned (NSF) Cheques
An administration fee of $25.00 will be applied to accounts for each NSF cheque received. 

Do not, under any circumstances, send cash in the mail!

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Event/Training Transfers - If space is available, Members may transfer from one event or training to another that is of equal or greater value, as long as the transfer is processed 2 weeks before the start date.

Wait List - If the event/training you have selected is full, there may be an option for you to be placed on a wait list. Wait-listed participants will only be notified if space is available. 

Deadline for Registration - Event registration deadlines are indicated for each event. No registrations will be accepted after this point.

Refunds & Cancellations - All requests for a refund must be submitted via e-mail to the  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . A refund will be issued up until 30 days from the event start date. After this time no refunds will be provided without medical documentation. Refunds are provided via the same method that the registrant used to register for the event.
