How do I get my Unit Roster (names of girls in my Unit)?
Log into Member Zone on the national GGC website.
Choose "Communications" - "My iMIS" from the dropdown menu
Scroll down, and under the heading Discussion Board, Unit Profile and Unit Roster, click on My Imis.
On the next screen, under the heading My iMIS, click on Roster Reports
Available Rosters
There are 3 unit rosters available to Unit Guiders on MemberZone.
Detailed Report (<unit name> (Detailed-Report))
Basic Report (<unit name> (Basic-Report))
Excel File (<unit name> (Excel-Report))
Guiders can access rosters showing girls registered for the current Guiding year (2011-2012). In the Spring/Summer, Guiders can also access rosters showing girls registered for next Guiding year (2012-2013)
All reports use the information entered in iMIS.
