How do I pay for my Unit's camp rental?
A transfer is taken from your Unit bank account within a few days of the booking for the deposit and then the balance about 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Please be sure to have sufficient funds in your Unit account.
How do I know how to access the camp and what to bring?
You will receive a booking confirmation e-mail with these details.
What if my numbers change or I want to add equipment rental?
We adjust the payment to reflect these changes and make a Unit transfer directly from your Unit bank account.
How quickly do you process a booking request? What priority is given to my request?
Every effort is made to process your booking request within two business days of receipt. Booking requests are processed in order of receipt, on a first come first served basis. Therefore, it is possible
that your selected camp site may be booked by a preceding request by the time your booking request is processed.
Can more than one Unit be on one booking?
Yes, You can share your booking with other Units. However, your group can have only one booking Unit. The booking Unit provides the Group Contact Person and the Unit bank account for all camp booking payments.
When a booking is shared by two or more Units, does each Unit pay their own portion of the booking?
When a booking is shared by Units, all camp payments are still taken from the booking Unit’s bank account. It is the responsibility of the Units to work out sharing of the payments and ensuring all funds are made available in the booking Unit’s bank account. You can use Unit to Unit transfers in the centralized booking system to help accomplish this.
Can I cancel my Unit booking at any time without penalty?
To cancel a booking, we must receive a written cancellation notice from you via e-mail, fax, or mail. Your deposit is non-refundable regardless of when we receive your notice. If we receive the notice later than two weeks before your booking arrival date, both your deposit and balance amounts are non-refundable. When we receive your cancellation notice, we send you a cancellation confirmation e-mail so that you know we have received the notice.
What if my group damages the property during their stay?
If your group has not left the camp or facility premises in satisfactory condition, we will invoice your group for the full costs of any repairs or cleaning following your camp or event. We will provide a written, detailed description of the condition and the repairs and cleaning required.
I am not an adult Member of GGC but would like to book a camp, how do I proceed?
