First Aid Subsidy

Subsidy applies to Emergency and Standard First Aid Training and Recertification.

A scanned copy of both the course receipt and certification must be attached in order for the subsidy request to be processed.

Subsidy is provided if:

* Individual is an Adult Member of Guiding in Ontario
* Completed training through the Canadian Red Cross branch or Authorized Service Provider of the Red Cross
* Copy of Certificate is supplied with completed subsidy request form along with a copy of the course fee receipt

Subsidy is not provided if:

*First Aid course provided at a reduced rate by a First Aid Instructor supported by Ontario Council for the training
* A copy of the receipt and/or certification is not provided
* Another form of subsidy is already provided by Ontario Council for a training event offering First Aid as a course within the event
