Artwork Approval
All items representing Girl Guides (crests, patches, labels, clothing and other items) must go through this approval process. ALL items must include full GGC logo or the Trefoil logo as part of the artwork. Why include the logo? This creates public awareness and ensures brand consistency and awareness.
To submit your artwork, complete the form below and attach the design (electronic image of scanned document as PDF or .jpg). Please allow up to two weeks for approval.
Renewing an item with previously approved artwork? Once artwork is approved you can use this on other items without seeking further approval. You could change the colour, shape or event date without seeking further approval however any change affecting the GGC logo or trefoil must be approved. Once artwork is approved you may use it on other items as long as these are not available as part of national GGC merchandising.
