Complete the online form, PRINT A COPY before submitting, submit the form and take the Printed Copy and attach 2 sealed references and a copy of your grade report and send to:

Applications must be completed correctly.

Applications will not be considered if incorrectly filled out or if extra information material is submitted.

The completed application, which includes the two confidential reference letters must be received at Ontario Council no later than April 1.

This Scholarship is conditional upon acceptance to the program of the applicant's choice and will only be awarded when the Girl Guides of Canada - Guides du Canada has been notified of this acceptance.
