Independent Trip Subsidy Application

For interprovincial trips submit no less than 2 months prior to your approved trip departure date. For international trips submit upon receipt of your approved IT.3 - International Group Trip Authorization and submit no less than 2 months prior to your trip departure date.

To qualify for this subsidy, the following criteria must be met: - The trip must be a girl trip and at least 75% of the participants must be girl Members - Trip must be over 72 hours in length - The trip must be approved in accordance with the Safe Guide - Participation in all cookie campaigns from the IT.2 - Intent to Travel is approved - This subsidy cannot be refunded should Parents/Guiders overpay their portion of the trip - Only Units actively using centralized banking will receive this subsidy

Available subsidy: - $100 per Girl Member participant - Subsidy of adult Member participants will be limited to $100 per adult required by Safe Guide ratio. Any other adult participants beyond ratio will not receive subsidy - This type of subsidy does not apply to GGC nationally-sponsored trips - Subsidy will be awarded on a first-come, first serve basis until the maximum amount in the budget has been reached
